About k8999

k8999 started as a shared vision among a team of gaming professionals and technology specialists who identified a clear gap in the Bangladeshi market. Players across Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, and beyond were enthusiastic about online casino games and cricket betting, yet the available platforms were overwhelmingly foreign-facing — designed for European or Southeast Asian audiences with little meaningful support for local payment methods, local sports, or the local cultural calendar. k8999 was the direct answer to that gap.

From day one, the k8999 team invested in what matters most to Bangladeshi players: instant deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay; a games library headlined by deep cricket betting markets covering BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL; and a live casino powered by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live with professional dealers streaming around the clock. Everything was built with Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6) in mind, and customer support was staffed to be available 24/7 — from Cox's Bazar to Mymensingh.

Today, k8999 stands as one of the most recognised online gaming brands among Bangladeshi players. Our platform continues to evolve — adding new game titles every month, improving payment speeds, and expanding bonus offerings — while staying true to our founding commitment: putting the Bangladeshi player first in every decision we make.

These numbers reflect a simple truth: Bangladeshi players have chosen k8999 because it delivers a genuinely local experience. Our player base spans every division — Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and Mymensingh — with the majority accessing the platform via their smartphones, exactly as we designed it to be used.

Our games catalogue is refreshed regularly, drawing on partnerships with the world's leading studios. Whether you are a cricket fan looking for pre-match and in-play markets, a slots enthusiast chasing a jackpot, or a live casino regular who prefers baccarat and Andar Bahar, k8999 has a dedicated section waiting for you.

These values are not just words on a page — they shape how we hire, how we build, and how we respond when things go wrong. When a player contacts support at 2am Bangladesh Standard Time because a withdrawal is taking longer than expected, we are there. When a new BPL season kicks off and thousands of fans across Dhaka and Chittagong want to place their first bet, we make sure the markets are live and the platform is stable. This is what being player-first looks like in practice.

The platform is optimised for the devices that Bangladeshi players actually use — mid-range Android smartphones on varying network conditions. Whether you are on Grameenphone 4G in Gulshan or on a shared connection in Comilla, k8999 loads quickly and plays smoothly. We engineered the platform to perform reliably on connections as slow as 3G, because we know that fast broadband is not yet available to everyone across Bangladesh's eight divisions.

Payment is where many international platforms fail Bangladeshi players. k8999 treats bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay as first-class deposit and withdrawal channels — not as a token addition. Minimum deposit amounts are kept accessible so players at every level can take part, and all transactions are settled in BDT, meaning no hidden currency conversion costs cut into your winnings.

On the sports side, cricket is treated as the centrepiece it deserves to be. k8999 covers Bangladesh Tigers internationals, BPL franchise matches, IPL, and the ICC T20 World Cup with an extensive range of markets — from match winner and top batsman to in-play over-by-over options that keep every ball exciting. Football, kabaddi, and tennis are also available for players whose passion extends beyond the crease.

k8999 takes responsible gaming seriously. Our platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above, and we provide practical tools to help every player stay in control. These include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits that you configure yourself; session time notifications that remind you how long you have been playing; and a voluntary self-exclusion option that immediately freezes your account should you feel you need a break from gaming.

Gaming should always be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a way to chase losses or solve financial pressures. If you or someone you know is struggling to stay in control, please visit our Responsible Gaming page for detailed guidance and support resources. Our 24/7 support team is always available. Remember: play within your means, set your limits before you start, and keep it fun.
