k8999 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. k8999's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total deposits made by you to your k8999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

k8999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:
